      Name: avC70361 Date: 03/11/98



        The java.util.Locale.getISO3Country() documentation is wrong. It states that
      the method is "Getter for the three-letter ISO country abbreviation of the
      locale. Throws MissingResourceException if the three-letter language
      abbreviation is not available for this locale".
      But the method is intended for getting country abbreviation, not language.
