Color Chooser Ok button needs to have Enter activate it or have mnemonic added

Ok should be tied to activation when the Enter key is pressed and a default button indicator should be provided.

If default action functionality can't or won't be provided it should provide a mnemonic to allow fast activation. The lable needs to indicate which letter is the mnemonic.
