The documentation for java.io.OutputStreamWriter.write does not say clear about
      exceptions for malformed surrogate pairs.

      The evaluation 4167118 for says:
"OutputStreamWriter now uses the 'safe' character to byte conversion methods.
Hence, no IO Exceptions will be thrown even with malformed surrogate
pairs - substitution happens instead. Also, the api for output stream
writer does not say anything about throwing exceptions for malformed
surrogate pairs, so there should not be a jck test for this."
