Get a GPF when trying to refresh a Window numerous times

      Description

      Build : 'C'
      OS : Win98, Win95 {with Plus Pack}, NT..ok.
      app : SwingSet.jar
      CAVEAT : Must have "Show Window contents while dragging" enabled.

      This bug happens when a Window is dragged with content showing over the SwingSet.jar app and forcing the SwinSet app to repaint by doing so. NOTE: must force numerous repaint by going over it back and forth. A simple repaint won't exhibit this problem.

      1. JDK 1.3 'C'
      2. Besure to have "drag with content showing"
         Win98: goto to Display control panel->Effects tab->enable Show Window
                contents while dragging.
         Win95: Must install the Plus Pack to enable Show Window contents while
                dragging.
         WinNT: does not produce this error.
      3. launch SwingSet.jar: java -jar SwingSet.jar
      4. drag another window back and forth over the SwingSet app to force repaint.
         After a few back and forth strokes. You should see the GPF with the below
         contents:

      **IMPORTANT:
      This bug didn't exhibit itself in build 'B'.
