Applet classes are loaded from the cache even when "Cache JARs in memory" option on the Java Plug-in Control Panel is disabled. To reproduce:

      1. Uncheck "Cache JARs in memory" option.
      2. Load SwingSet demo. http://webwork/products/plugin/1.3/demos/jfc/SwingSet/SwingSetApplet2.html
      3. Click on re-load button.
