      Name: jbT81659 Date: 01/27/2000

      Under WinNT/2000, the "NO Disk" message produced by java.exe when no CD is found in CDROM
      or no disket is found in floppy does not close if application is terminated
      using Ctrl+C on the command prompt.

      To reproduce this bug:
      Run FileChooser application from ../demo/jfc/FileChooserDemo

      Try to read an empty CDROM drive.

      Note that the "NO DISK" message appears on the screen.

      Use mouse to go to the command prompt screen and
      press Ctrl +c to exit application.

      Note that message is still displayed on screen although
      application is closed.

      To reproduce bug:

      Under Windows 98/95

      Run the FileChooserDemo.jar example under ../Demo/JFC/FileChooserDemo by
      typing "java -jar FileChooserDemo.jar"

      Choose open to open CDROM drive. Make sure CDROM has no CD in it.
      Note that the warning message "NO DISK" is not displayed on the screen.

      Under WinNT/2000

      Run the FileChooserDemo.jar example under ../Demo/JFC/FileChooserDemo by
      typing "java -jar FileChooserDemo.jar"
