In Windows, Modifier mask is not set when middle button is pressed using Robot.

      Description

      In Windows, when Middle Mouse Button(BUTTON2_MASK) is pressed using a Robot, the modifier mask set is not the same as mouse button mask.

      How to reproduce the Bug? -------->
      Run this sample code. You would see a frame.Wait till the Robot performs all the actions .The failure message will be displayed in prompt.
