      Description

Bring up the InternalFrames demo in SwingSet2. Arrange the InternalFrames so all of the scrollbars are visible.

Moving the cursor over an InternalFrame and "wheeling" should cause the InternalFrame under the mouse to scroll. This doesn't always happen - it is sometimes necessary to click on the InternalFrame to activate it.

My theory is that this has something to do with glass pane.
