JFrame fails to right align JFrame Title

      Name: jbT81659 Date: 10/31/2000

      JFrame title is always left aligned.
      Using the "setComponentOrientation(ComponentOrientation.RIGHT_TO_LEFT)" does not
      help.
      To reproduce bug:
      Compile and run the following example(jFrame.java)
      Note that JFrame Title is displayed at the left upper corner
