      Description

      The following tests failed on merlin build 46 and passed on build 44.

      Failing Test:

      1) api/java_text/DateFormatSymbols/serial/index.html#InputTests
      2) api/java_text/DecimalFormatSymbols/serial/index.html#InputTests

      Failed on x86 5.6 and on sparc S7.
      Haven't checked on other OSs.
