        Description

For some odd reason java.net.DatagramSocket.setSendBufferSize() and java.net.DatagramSocket.setReceiveBufferSize() will automatically & silently
cap the buffer size to 64K on Solaris & Linux.
This limits possible optimizations quite a lot.
