A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
If a user uninstalls JWS, the icons from JWS apps are left
on the desktop. If the user then reinstalls JWS and starts
the app by using the JNLP URL, they think the desktop icons
are still the right things to use to launch because they
        were never uninstalled.

When the user double clicks on the desktop icon, JWS gripes
that it can't find the application and can't launch it. The
user has to open JWS and start the JWS app there.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
        1.Install JRE
        2.Install JWS
        3.Install JWS App
4.Run JWS App multiple times from JWS so you get prompted to
        put icon on desktop.
5.Put icon of JWS App on desktop
6.Uninstall JWS (notice the JWS App icon is still on the
        desktop).
        7.Reinstall JWS
8.Double-click on JWS App icon on desktop
        9.Look at cryptic error message.

        EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
        see above

This bug can be reproduced always.

        CUSTOMER WORKAROUND :
delete all JWS App icons from desktop and menu after
        uninstalling JWS.
