      Description

When composing input method text, InputMethodHighlight attrbutes are missing on drawing. Here is the reproduce procedure.

      1. Run Stylepad demo in ja locale
      2. Click on client area to give focus and press Ctrl+Space (Solaris) or Alt+'~' (Windows) key to enable Japanese input method.
      3. Input something. But no attribute is drawn. A dotted underline is supposed to be drawn.

I confirmed that this is a regression beginning from b71. (b70 is OKay)

"bapalamo" is fine as a test text. The problem is that there is no dotted underline displayed *before* pressing a space key to convert it to kanji. Raw "bapalamo" should be displayed with a dotted underline. I can show you the bug if you cannot reproduce it.

I tested those options on b71 and found the following. The option "-Dsun.awt.font.adfancecache=off" worked and I could see the dotted underline for the un-converted composed text, but "-Xint" does not help.
