Applet Usability - The applet color can not be set to red

      Description

      Build - merlin beta-refresh b75, merlin beta2 b76
      OS - win32
      Browsers - NS, IE

      Steps to reproduce -

      1) Install the plug-in on the target machine.

      2) Go to the Applet Usability Tests, Quick Look test case 3, AWT Modal Dialog

      3) The applet loads correctly.

      4) Click on the "Set Panel color to red" button. The color does not change to red.

      5) The color changed to red for b74.

      6) This problem does not exist on Solaris.
