      ***********************************************************************
      Reproducible platforms : Windows2000 (IE5.5/NS4.7)
                                WindowsNT SP6 (IE5.5)
                                WindowsNT SP5 (IE6.0)
                                WindowsXP RC2 English(IE6.0)
                                WindowsXP RC1 Japanese(IE6.0/NS4.7)

      * not tested for NS4.7 on WindowsXP RC2 English

      Merlin-beta3 build : b81
      Bundle : j2re-1_4_0-beta3-bin-b81-win-i-27_sep_2001.exe

      * Testing with some builds before b81, it turend out that this problem appears in b78 first.

      ***********************************************************************

      To reproduce,

      * Please refer the reproducible platforms above for reproducing.
      1. Install j2re1.4.0-beta3 b81 on Windows.
      2. Lanuch browser.
      3. Go to the URL below;
      http://i18n-u1-26c.sfbay.sun.com:8080/jaws-i18n/doc/jaws-standard.html
      4. Click the link for FileService test case;
         "5. I18N Test Case #4(JaWS File Service Test): Test File Open and Save Features"
      http://i18n-u1-26c.sfbay.sun.com:8080/jaws-i18n/test/api/FileService/FileService.jnlp
      Then, FileServece demo is launched.
      5. click "Opne File Dialog" button.
      Then, the dialog comes up.
      When the dialog is closed (need to click "stop" button for a few times),
      FileChoser comes up and you can select a file and open it.

      * This problem is seen also in one of the "Remote application", Notepad demo launched from Application manager.

      To reproduce,
      1. Lanunch JaWS application manager.
      2. Select File->Preference->Java
       Change "1.4.0-beta3" to "1.4.0" for ProductVersion.
      3. Click OK button.
      4. Select View->Remote Application.
      5. Launch Notepad.
      6. Select File->Open

      * This problem is NOT reproducible with Ladybird and 1.3.1_01a latest build(b07).
      From this phenomenon, it seems that this problem should not be filed for "javawebstart" category and need to be filed for "java" category, however, I did not see this problem in Java applcication (ex. FileChoser in SwingSet2 demo) and see only in JaWS application, so I file this problem for "javawebstart".
      Please change it if needed.
