        If there is a XML document that looks like this :

                        "http://sardinia.sfbay:8080/JAXPREP/publishers.dtd">
        <document>

                <publisher>
                        <name>ACA</name>

        If such an XML file is converted in to Document object and then transformed into a StreamResult , then the nested elements within the <publisher> element are not reflected in the output.
