      Description

      TESTED_JAVA_RELEASE: Tiger

      TESTED_BUILD:
      java version "1.5.0-internal"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0-internal-jdeploy_16_aug_2003_14_11)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0-beta-b15, mixed mode)

      TESTED_OS: Solaris, Linux

In Tiger the JaWS is creating the system cache in /etc/.java/deployment/cache. Usually a normal user doesn't have access permission to /etc in Solaris & Linux. In that case when a Normal User tries to import into system cache, there should be a message saying that the user doesn't have the permission to access the system cache.

Currently a download error message is showing, which is highly misleading the normal user, this error message should be changed.
