      Bug Description:
      ----------------
      Uninstall shortcut is created when JNLP Application is installed ,this functionality is removed in M3,but still exists in Linux8.0(Gnome),Its not happening in Windows.

      J2SE build number :

      PIT Bundles Location :

      Platform Tested :

      Machine being used :

      System Type : x86-based PC


      Problem :
      ---------
      Uninstall shortcut created when JNLP Application is installed in Menu,this uninstall short was removed in M3,and it is not reproducible in Windows,but its only happening in Linux.

      Steps to reproduce in Linux 8.0:
      -------------------------------

      1) Install the PIT build from the location mentioned above.
      2) Install following JNLP application from
      http://web-east.east/javaws101/web/tests/tiger-unit/4812563/case2.jnlp
      3)check for the Shortcut created in Menu.
      4)Uninstall Short will be present in menu.

      Install the same jnlp in windows ,the Uninstall ShortCut will not be created.
