        Description

Java icon (JCP) in Control Panel left behind after consecutive Mantis and Tiger uninstall.
        Windows platforms
        Build: Tiger M3

        Steps to reproduce:
        - install j2re1.4.0 (Mantis)
        - install j2re1.5.0 (Tiger)
        - uninstall Mantis
        - uninstall Tiger
Java icon (JCP) from Control Panel left behind. You click on it
and it will bring you:"The system cannot find the registry key
specified:HKEY........." and no way for the regular user to remove this icon.
        Reboot did not help.

The way to remove this icon is to install and uninstall mantis (tiger install
uninstall did not help, only mantis).
