Right Click on The JMenu Drops down the Menu unlike Native

Right Click on The JMenu Drops down the Menu unlike Native.
Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Open SwingSet2 and change the Look and feel to Windows.
2) Right click on the File Menu. You will see a drop down .
This is unlike Native windows Menu.
