      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      I have a JPanel and wan't to draw a circle step by step in a loop
      If i set these stroke-settings the result of drawArc from 1 to 2 with size 30 draws extra pixels in direction south.

      Graphics g1 = getGraphics();
      g = (Graphics2D) g1;
      Stroke s = new BasicStroke( 5, BasicStroke.CAP_ROUND, BasicStroke.JOIN_MITER );
      g.setStroke( s );
      g.drawArc(100, 100, 30, 30, 1, 2);

      without these stroke-settings or with other arc-values drawArc work correctly.
