SA: ThreadReference.frame() throws IndexOutOfBoundsException

      Description

      Following tests fails with the due to this bug:
          nsk/sajdi/ThreadReference/frame/frame002
          nsk/sajdi/ThreadReference/frames/frames002
          nsk/sajdi/ThreadReference/frames_ii/frames_ii002

      This could be a test case bug or bug in sa-jdi code which is returning incorrect
      framesCount.
