      Description

Uninstall of jre does not remove user jre preferences on x86-windows

      Example: u7b03

      Steps to reproduce
      ------------------
      1. Ensure there are no jre/jdk on system. Remove all jre/jdk.
      2. Remove Javasoft in the registry i.e. HKLM/SOFTWARE/JavaSoft
      3. Install jre.
      4. Load an applet in IE browser. The java console should NOT appear. Close browser.
      5. Enable "Show console" in the JCP in the windows control panel.
      6. Verify the console shows by reloading the applet in IE browser. Close browser.
      7. Remove the jre.
      8. Install the jre.
      9. Load the applet in IE browser. The java console does appear. This is not expected behaviour, especially considering the jre was removed in step-7. Close browser.
      10. Enable "Hide console" in the JCP in the windows control panel.
      11. Remove the jre.
      12. Install the jre.
      13. Load the applet in IE browser. The java console does not appear. Close the browser.

I was abled to reproduce this on 2 systems using u7b03, u6-live & 1.5.0-FCS. So it would appear that this is not a regression.

Main issue here is that uninstallation is not cleaning up properly.
