JInternalFrame & Metal: Can't tell which minmized internal frame is selected

      Description

      - Launch SwingSet2
      - Minimize all internal frames (except the palette)
      - Click on the handle for minimized frame 0
      - Notice that the only indication that it is selected is that the button gets focus

Problem 1: Focus on the button is not enough to indicate that the frame is selected. Instead, I recommend that the handle be painted in the "active frame" color.

      - Now hit TAB twice.
      - Focus goes to the button on another iconified frame.
      - Hit CTRL-F5
      - Notice that frame 0 is restored, not the other frame.

Problem 2: Button focus should be kept consistent with the active frame. That is, when one TABS or selects the button of another internal frame, it should become the active one.
