      Does this problem occur on J2SE 1.4.x or 5.0.x ?
        Yes 5.0.U7 and 5.0U8 build01

        Windows 2003 Server

      Hardware Configuration Information (be specific):
        V40Z system (Opteron 4p/8c), 16Gs of DDR400
