      Description

The "PRNG" SecureRandom algorithm name is the name of the pseudo-random number generation (PRNG) algorithm supplied by the SunMSCAPI provider (new in Mustang). However, the name
should be more descriptive to reflect that it is a Microsoft algorithm. The current name
is too generic and could lead to name clashes with existing algorithms. This is the only
chance we have to change the name to something more descriptive. Once it has been defined,
we cannot change it because of compatibility concerns.
