Vista Win LAF: The Horizontal scrollbar thumb's border is not rendering properly on ScrollPane

      Build Info:
      java version "1.6.0-rc"
      Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-rc-b97)
      Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0-rc-b97, mixed mode, sharing)

      When a scrollbar's thumb reached it's minimum size, the vertical border's of the ScrollBar's thumb is not rendering properly.

      - Run the attached sample test.
      - A frame with a JTextArea displayed...
      - Just starting type something continuosly, just to make the Horizontal scrollbar's thumbs gets into the minimum size
      - Now you can notice that ScrollBar's thumb's right border is not repainted properly.
      - While you are typing, at one stage you can't see both the left & right borders are not displayed properly.

      Please see attached screen shot vista_xp_scrollbar_thumb image, in that lower one is XP and upper one is Vista. You can see the difference on the Horizontal ScrollBar's thumb.
