        A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
        In the java.util.TimeZone class, the display name is wrong.
        For example:
        Locale loc=new Locale("zh","tw");
        TimeZone tz=TimeZone.getTimeZone( "Asia/Taipei" );
        System.out.println( tz.getDisplayName(loc) );

        EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

        STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
        Execute the code above

        REPRODUCIBILITY :
        This bug can be reproduced always.

        CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
        Fix the java.util.TimeZone class source. Replace the display name as
        the correct name
