      Description

I have a frame, which contains textarea , menus & a button. Clicking on the button. The menus on the menubar are removed & added to the popup menu of the textarea. I add some characters to the textarea, so that i can see both the scrollbar( enter some 15 to 20 lines ). I select few characters from the first line of the textarea. And right on the selected character so the popup menu is visible. Once the popup menu is visible. I click on the down arrow of the vertical scrollbar. I cam see the windows native standard popup menu(cut , copy & other menus). But i see that vertical scrollbar tumb moves towards the down arrow button. This is incorrect. but still the windows native standarad popup menu. I press ESCAPE key so that popup menu disappears. After that i drag the vertical scrollbar tumb towards the up arrow button. I see some painting is not happening on textarea. When you tag horizontal scrollbar tumb then painting in not happening properly on textarea as well as on vertical scrollbar.

If you see the same then the one part of the bug is reproduced. This is not reproducable in windows classic theme. But the down arrow button is not painted properly.
