Spurious MouseMoved events are triggered by Tray Icon on Win32, after popup menu gets disappeared

      Description

      I have added a trayicon to the notification area in windows. I am right clicking on the trayicon so that the popup menu is visible. I am moving the mouse over the visible part of trayicon & move the mouse pointer away from the trayicon & pressing escape key, the popup menu gets disappear. Then i can see spurious mouse moved events gets triggered.This can be reproduced from jdk6.0 onwards.

      Step to Reproduce:
      ----------------
      1) Run the attached program.
      2) Click on the "Toggle Popup" button.
      3) Right click on the trayicon. Popup menu is visible.
      4) move the mouse pointer on the visible part of the trayicon.
      5) Move the mouse pointer some where on the trayicon & press "Escape key". Popup menu gets disappear.
      6) Observe on the console that spurious mouse moved events gets triggered.
