        Description

        As per new SSV implementation in new Plug-in security pop-up is there while running the applets with family CLSID or static CLSID applets when non secured JRE from the same family is installed on the machine. User can click on "Run" or "Cancel" button to take the desired action. On pressing reload/refresh this security dialog pops-up again.
        We should restore the user action per browser session on the lines of what we are doing with other security pop-ups e.g. security pop-up coming from signed applet only comes up once i.e. only when applet is loaded for the first time. For every reload it remembers the user's action with behavior remain unchanged.

        Steps to reproduce:
        - Install 6u10 and 1.5.0_11(non security baseline release for 1.5.0 train) installed on machine
        Note: Invoke JCP from 1.5.0_11/bin so that deployment.properties can have entries as follows against 1.5.0_11
        deployment.javapi.jre.1.5.0_11.path=D\:\\Program Files\\Java\\jre1.5.0_11
        deployment.javapi.jre.1.5.0_11.args=

        - Run following applet using 1.5.0 family CLSID.
        http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plug-bug/ssv_test/familyclisd/150/family150.html
        - There will be Security warning pop-up
        - Click "Run", applet will run using 1.5.0_11
        - Press reload/refresh if pop-up comes back then bug is reproduced
