        Platforms[s] : Windows Xp
        testbase : /net/vice.russia/export/home0/dtf/dtf_ws/suites/1.5.0_URv10/2d

        not a regression, retested on 1.5.0_15b08

        This is manual tests. Crash was reported by Evergreen.

        I can reproduce only RunImageLookupOp crash on our machine.
        Run test select image type step by step ,Test tools crash.
