      Description

      AlgorithmId.get("SHA256withECDSA") throws

         java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: unrecognized algorithm name: SHA256withECDSA

It seems the alg name is not hard coded in AlgorithmId's algOID(String) method.

On the other hand, Signature.getInstance("SHA256withECDSA") is available.
Probably should include the other related ones too:

      "SHA224withECDSA"
      "SHA256withECDSA"
      "SHA384withECDSA"
      "SHA512withECDSA"
