        ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
        Windows XP SP3

        A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
        Turkey is using the new currency symbol "Turkish Lira" (TL) to replace the old "New Turkish Lira" (YTL) as of the beginning of 2009. Relevant change is required for the JDK/JRE currency support.

        EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
        EXPECTED -
        It should print "TL"
        ACTUAL -
        It prints "YTL".

        REPRODUCIBILITY :
        This bug can be reproduced always.
