        Description

This problem happens in JRE auto update on winodws in Korean. When new version of JRE is available, there will be the notification meessage automatically poped up on windows system tray. In korean, one message "A new version of Java is ready to be installed." , is translated incorrectly. It is translated as "new version of java has already been installed". The message is very misleading. Attached is the screenshot.

The file to be fixed is install/make/installer/bundles/windows/xmlinffile/proto_au-descriptor.xml

This problem was found in earlier builds, and fixed by directly updating the xml file and sending it to Release engineer. Since release engineer often retrieves the latest file from workspace, the file is often replaced by the old incorrect one.

This time the problem happens again in 6u18, and we find that we should fix the file in workspace, rather than sending the file to RE by email. After the file is fixed in workspace, the problem will not happen any more.
In German, there are also some errors in the translation, though they are not as serious as the error in Korean. The translation is in the same file, so I'll update them together.
