      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When given specific array of bytes as input, Inflater.inflage(byte[]) function runs indefinitely.

      Array of bytes should be previously compressed array, but it might be corrupted.

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Just start given code

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
        Program should terminate.
      ACTUAL -
        Program runs forever

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
