          Description

          Update Notepad.properties file with comments regarding resources not to be translated as a short term workaround.

          Long term solution is 7024963 remove non-translatable resources from Notepad.properties file.

          Also submitted a bug on BugDB for WPTG to fix the issue in the translation: 11841666.
