javac needs tests for reading/writing generic signature attributes

      Description

      7052360 has revealed issues with the way that core reflection handles parsing generic signatures. When 7052360 has been fixed and a set of test cases are available, we should verify that javac (and classfile?) handle these test cases in the appropriate manner, by writing corresponding tests for javac.
