        Description

If the files required to build a combo installer are not found in the combo_build target, currently a warning is thrown:

        <<<Finished Recursively making wrapper.jdk build @ Mon Jun 27 04:10:13 PDT 2011.
Warning: The combo jre installer is not built since the 64-bit Installer path is not found

        http://jre.sfbay.sun.com/java/re/jdk/1.7.0/promoted/fcs/b147/logs/build-windows-i586-product.log

The correct behavior is to cause the build to break.

This target is called in the build.sh RE builds script:

        gnumake combo_build

This issue is clearly an annoyance and functionally incorrect. Furthermore the fix is trivial. However DEV engineering has been pre-occupied with very high priority development in time for 7U2. Either this CR get deferred to any immediate release or is accepted at a later build (but does not meet the requirements for a stopper).
