      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      In the source code of this file,
      In the comments of String zoneStrings[][] = null;
      There is:
      <a href="../java/util/TimeZone.html#CustomID">custom IDs</a>.
      This is converted into the serialized-form.html which can be seen at
      http://download.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/serialized-form.html 's
      zoneStrings title.
      It should be
      <a href="../../java/util/TimeZone.html#CustomID">custom IDs</a>.

      REGRESSION. Last worked in version 7

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Just read the source code or read the page:
      http://download.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/serialized-form.html
      Search for "custom IDs" (Only 1 match)
      And see the target of this link, and this is the BUG

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

      ACTUAL -
      ../java/util
