Silent Install of JRE 7u1 Fails on Windows 7 x86 SP1

      JRE 7 Update 1

      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      Windows 7 x86 Service Pack 1

      Environment:
      UAC is off

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      Silent install of JRE 7u1 fails to complete on Windows 7 x86 SP1 due to an issue in which a dialog box pops up and requires user interaction. The is is the first and only time I have ever seen this behavior on any version of Windows using all previous versions of the JRE installer.

      REGRESSION. Last worked in version 7

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Installed Java 7 Gold (jre-7-windows-i586.exe) as an administrator user
      Installed Java 7 Update 1 (jre-7u1-windows-i586.exe) silent as SYSTEM.
      Command line to start the install as system and see the interaction: " PsExec.exe" -accepteula -i -d -s "jre-7u1-windows-i586.exe" /s "IEXPLORER=1 MOZILLA=1" /quiet /norestart
       
      At the end of the install, I got a Security Alert dialog box pop-up:
      Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
      JRE installs without any prompts or need for user interaction.
      ACTUAL -
      Security Alert dialog box pops up during installation requiring user interaction to complete the install.

      ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :

      Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
