      JFileChooser does not fully implement/reflect Windows' High Contrast mode

      OPERATING SYSTEM
      ----------------
      Windows (tested with Windows XP SP3)

      FULL JDK VERSION
      ----------------
      All including latest JDK 8 (tested with b42)

      DESCRIPTION
      -----------
      In High Contrast mode, the left navigation panel of a JFileChooser is not displayed with a black background. All other components are displayed correctly.

      REPRODUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
      -------------------------
      1. Run the FileChooserDemo.jar from \demo\jfc\FileChooserDemo in Windows
         high contrast mode.
      2. Ensure that the "Windows" or "Windows Classic" Look and Feel is
         selected
      3. The background of the file chooser's left navigation panel is grey.
         It should be black in high contrast mode ==> PROBLEM

      (Alt+Shift+PrtSc is a useful shortcut to enable high contrast mode.)
