      Description

Host LocaleProviderAdapter allows the JDK's locale sensitive services exploit the underlying OS's locale settings. In some OSes, they are capable of setting the calendar system independent of the locale. For example on MacOS, the Preferences allow users to select Japanese calendar in US locale. Calendar.getInstance() should return Japanese calendar in such a case (right now it always returns GregorianCalendar)
