        Description

Another apparently new system-specific issue on Ubuntu 13.10 (Unity). Run the attached test with JDK 8 b132. It sets some value of minimum size, sets toplevels visible, then one by one sets minimum size to null. On Ubuntu 13.10 it will fail for decorated toplevels and pass for Window. Decorated toplevels jump up approximately (or maybe exactly) height of the header on resetting the minimum size, and control height finally reported is about the same amount smaller.

For this test the actual behavior differs for jdk7 and 8: it mostly does pass on jdk7 and almost always fails on jdk8. On jdk9 it something in between but not without failures. Looks like a race.

Again, the system is too new to consider the bug a regression, and SQE is OK to defer it until some later date as it seems not a stopper for jdk8 release.
