      Description

      File.getCanonicalPath() is a very time-consuming method, we observed significant performance degradation from some application's startup stage with java.io.FilePermission. However, lazying load the calls to getCanonicalPath() from java.ioFilePermission is straightforward and solve this problem effectively.
