      Description

      Required a new regression test for minimal Xmx.

      -Xmxsize

          Specifies the maximum size (in bytes) of the memory allocation pool in bytes. This value must be a multiple of 1024 and greater than 2 MB.

      The test should check:
      - VM doesn't start if Max Heap Size < 2m
      - VM starts if Max Heap Size == 2m (the value of maxHeapSize must be >= 2m)
