      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      The following methods in java.io.PushbackInputStream should specify the behavior of passing null as parameters:

      unread(byte[] b)
      @throws NullPointerException if b is null

      unread(byte[] b, int off, int len)
      @throws NullPointerException if b is null



      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
