        Description

The log has a bunch of

        Apr 10, 2015 12:49:48 PM ClientCommunicatorAdmin Checker-run
WARNING: Failed to check connection: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

        Then we see a few

[jcmd] java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid agent state: Agent already started

        Followed by

[TestApp{test_09}] Error: JMX connector server communication error: service:jmx:rmi://spb23388:63160
[jcmd] java.lang.RuntimeException: JMX connector server communication error: service:jmx:rmi://spb23388:63160

Then it finally throws an InvocationTargetException

Maybe a leftover process from an earlier run that blocks this test from starting its agent..? Is it possible to get the test to be more verbose about what is happening?
