      Description

      Input Methods are enabled for JFXPanel unconditionally, regardless of whether the focused FX control is able to handle text input or not. Note that this seems to be a common and more general problem for FX (e.g. see RT-36495).

      JFXPanel should react to the impl_enableInputMethodEvents notification and enable/disable the IMs when requested.
