TabPane menu items not updated on change

      Description

      When the text property of a tab changes, the menu showing the list of tabs (visible when all tabs do not fit) does not reflect the change. Adding or removing a tab will trigger the menu to update the titles.

      This is a duplicate of RT-32037. A sample application was requested in that issue, but none has been provided and there does not appear to be a way for me to attach a sample application to the existing issue (as I am not the issue owner).
